An ARTIST’s resolution to undergo a process of liquidation of the ART

Upon an activation of this resolution a value ART will be redrawn from circulation. A liquidator, The Value Quest Bourse, will carry out liquidation by symbolic cancelation of The Golden Cards, coded with value ART: 0000 0003 1109 1102, found in the possession of the ARTIST. Remaining samples of The Golden Cards, coded with values other then ART, will be used as the main prize at The Value Quest Roulette.

The debtors of the ART are called to settle their obligations.
The creditors of the ART are called to file their requests.

The ARTIST is dispensed with the duty of liable agent of the ART. The Value Quest Bourse is appointed as a liquidator.
Rationale
The ARTIST undergoes the process of liquidation upon the ART due to the suspension of natural requirements to conduct this value-based enterprise.
